We haven't been back since the first visit so I can't say if this was an isolated incident or if that's their standard... It filled our tummies so we could get back to work but it definitely didn't wow me, at least not in a good way.
Love there food
Can you say run down dive? AVOID, bugs, roof leaks, and rude servers. Absolutely preferred to drive to a different town to drink or eat literally anywhere is better.
Terrible service. Ordered the "huge" tenderloin, which is shown on the menu as being as big as the plate. When our food arrived my tenderloin was barely big enough for the bun. The condiments were wrong on everyones sandwiches and when paying the bill we were charged several dollars more than their menu price. When we asked about the price difference we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible experience, if you are in goodland looking for a place to eat i would recommend the Casey's gas station over this restaurant.
Not impressed. try the food once and wont try again
We were not all that impressed when we went. We were in the process of moving and stopped for lunch. The restaurant was just down the road so we thought great let's give it a shot. It was just us on the restaurant side and one waitress was taking orders, cooking the food and doing the dishes. I had planned to have a cup of coffee, but when I flipped my mug there was a lipstick stain. As a lipstick wearer I understand how hard it is to get red or dark pink lipstick off of things but as a mild germ-aphoib I was kind of grossed out and changed my mind on the coffee. My husband and I, decided to order finger food so we wouldn't have to use reused silverware (still a bit grossed out by the lipstick stain). I ordered a cheese dog and fries and my husband had a club sandwich. The wait for our food seemed very long and when it arrived it was nothing too impressive, my hotdog was shriveled and dry like it had been on a warmer for days and the cheese had a skin. My husband's club looked good, his only complaint was that it had a bit of a dirt taste, like the tomato or lettuce hadn't been washed all the way.
